The salon is on the ground floor with a small step at the entrance. Please let us know when you book if you need access assistance — we'll organise the welcome with you.

Cancellations made via Treatwell follow the platform's policy. For any cancellation or change, please give us at least 24 hours' notice — it lets us offer the slot to another client.
Yes. Caroline and Igor regularly work with white and grey hair: cuts that create movement, colour that respects your natural shade (gloss, soft highlights, tonal glazes) — or full coverage if you prefer. A consultation always comes first.
We cut curly hair dry to respect the natural curl pattern, and recommend Kevin Murphy's range for textured hair. If you'd like a more specific curly approach, please flag it when you book.
A conversation first: what you want, your everyday routine, your relationship with your hair. Caroline or Igor read the shape of the face, the line of the hair, and suggest. Nothing is imposed. Allow 15 to 20 minutes of consultation for a first appointment.
The salon offers an 8-day satisfaction guarantee: if a cut or colour doesn't suit you within 8 days, we correct it at no charge. A promise kept since 2002.
