Your data is kept: 3 years from last contact for prospects, 5 years after the last service for clients (statutory accounting period), duration of your consent for the newsletter. You may request deletion at any time.

Sub-processors

To run the site and manage appointments, we use the following sub-processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA — covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework), Neon (database, European Union), Treatwell (online booking, United Kingdom — UK adequacy decision), Google Ireland Limited (anonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4, with your consent). No other recipients.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (language preference, admin session, security) which do not require consent. With your consent — collected via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page — we enable an anonymous analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4) to improve the site.
